Overview

Mavic is a custom-built mobile solution designed to streamline and empower daily field operations for Tata Consumer Products' sales teams across the country. Developed in collaboration with KPMG, the app serves as a single point of productivity for on-ground representatives-enabling smarter retail execution, faster decision-making, and improved customer engagement.

The Goal

The core goal was to digitize and optimize the daily tasks of field sales representatives-ranging from attendance and outlet visits to order placements and campaign executions-while ensuring seamless integration with Tata's existing Salesforce ecosystem and offline-first capability for rural penetration.
