Overview
Diageo India, a leader in the alcoholic beverages sector, had been relying on a third-party mobile app to manage field operations like beat planning, audits, and surveys. However, the lack of flexibility, limited customization, and slow adaptability to changing field strategies made the solution inadequate. Diageo required a purpose-built mobile ecosystem that could adapt to business needs, empower field teams, and provide leadership with real-time, actionable insights.
The Goal
The objective was to build a robust, scalable, in-house mobile solution that would align with Diageo’s business processes and give full control over field operations. The platform needed to support flexible workflows for sales teams and merchandisers, deliver smart nudges to improve compliance and motivation, and provide offline-first reliability to ensure uninterrupted performance in remote field locations. Additionally, seamless Salesforce integration was crucial for enabling real-time visibility, faster decision-making, and data-driven management oversight.
