Overview
Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Ltd. (ARE&M), a leader in the Indian energy storage sector, envisioned a unified yet brand-distinct mobile experience for its vast retailer network across three major battery brands - Amaron, Powerzone, and Quanta. With thousands of retailers spread across India, the company required a scalable solution that could streamline operations, strengthen retailer engagement, and create a consistent digital experience across multiple brands.
The Goal
The goal was to create a digitally connected retail ecosystem that would allow retailers to seamlessly place and track orders, access promotional schemes, monitor their performance through KPIs, and stay updated with brand communications. Beyond digitization, the intent was to empower retailers with data-driven insights and simplify their daily business interactions - strengthening the relationship between the brand and its retail partners while setting a foundation for future digital innovations.
Our Role
Innowrap partnered with ARE&M, working in close collaboration with KPMG, to design, develop, and integrate multi-brand mobile solutions that could serve both shared and brand-specific needs.
