We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Executive to strengthen our recruitment engine and build outstanding IT teams. This role offers hybrid flexibility and the chance to grow in a tech-forward environment. candidate shall be well versed with Talent acquisition softwares like Zoho Recruit or any other
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (from screening to onboarding)
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Source and screen candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Coordinate with vendors and manage vendor mining to expand our partner network
Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure seamless candidate experience
Maintain and update candidate database and track recruitment pipeline
Prepare reports and dashboards for hiring progress and vendor performance
1–5 years of experience in domestic IT hiring
Strong candidate sourcing and screening expertise
Solid understanding of tech stacks, IT roles, and hiring trends
Experience in vendor coordination and vendor mining
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Prior experience in fast-paced or startup environments
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with accuracy and speed
