Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager – IT Services (Mobile, Web & IT Staffing)
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead our sales and client acquisition strategy in the domains of mobile & web application development and IT staffing services. The ideal candidate will have deep industry connections, a strong understanding of digital transformation services, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals in the IT services space. You will be instrumental in shaping go-to-market strategies, managing key client relationships, and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure client success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients across industries.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies focused on mobile & web development services and IT staffing solutions.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, outbound efforts, and strategic partnerships.
  • Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal development, to closure.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Engage with CXOs, decision-makers, and stakeholders to understand their digital and staffing needs.
  • Present tailored solutions that address business challenges using in-house delivery capabilities.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key clients and ensure client satisfaction and retention.

3. Pre-Sales & Solutioning

  • Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to create impactful presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Translate client requirements into feasible solutions, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities and resource availability.
  • Participate in discovery calls, solution walkthroughs, and PoC demos with prospective clients.

4. IT Staffing & Resource Augmentation

  • Understand the talent requirements of clients and align staffing solutions accordingly.
  • Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely deployment of quality resources.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of clients and consultants for rapid resource fulfillment.

5. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of business development experience in IT services, with a focus on mobile & web development and staffing solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B IT sales, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong network of enterprise clients across industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, and Startups.
  • Excellent understanding of technology trends: mobile apps (Flutter, React Native, iOS/Android), web (React.js, Node.js, Laravel), and IT resource augmentation.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, delivery, and HR/recruitment teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
