Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT services, particularly in mobile and web app development, and a strong ability to close deals with clients from diverse geographical regions. This role is crucial in driving our company's growth and achieving quarterly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mobile app, web development, and custom software sectors
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the US, UK, Australia, and India. Understand their business needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
Sales and Revenue Targets: Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets through strategic sales planning and execution.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the IT service industry. Provide insights to enhance service offerings and market positioning.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to potential clients. Negotiate and close business deals.
Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to ensure project feasibility and successful delivery. Provide client feedback to the team to improve service quality.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication channels with clients and internal teams. Deliver presentations and product demonstrations as needed.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and business development performance to senior management.
Key Requirements
Experience: 4-5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in an IT services company, with a focus on mobile app and web app development.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to close business deals with clients from the US, UK, Australia, and India.
Revenue Focused: Experience in achieving and exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience. - Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the IT service industry, including current trends and competitive landscape.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
